Key Responsibilities
- Engage warm leads via phone and email, building rapport and generating interest.
- Qualify potential clients by gathering key information and identifying opportunities.
- Maintain a professional, persuasive sales approach at all times.
- Update and manage leads in our CRM system accurately.
- Sales-driven and motivated by commission in a high-performance environment.
- Strong sales skills with a competitive, results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center role.
- Comfortable working US hours (2 PM - 12 AM SAST).
- Based in Cape Town and available for on-site work.
