The purpose of the job is to assist customers and identifying their needs.This will include having the abiblity to provide good customer service in a manner that customer satisfaction is achieved, resulting in the generating of more sales and promoting the business.
The main duties will include : Attend to customers in a professional and helpful manner. Generate more sales,ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. Control stock levels. Assist with the ongoing management of stock, preparing invoices and forwarding to relevant parties.Replenishing stock daily. Ensure merchandising is done . Participate in random stocktakes.
Requirements: A solid minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role. Good customer service skills,Effective sales techniques, Leadership qualities, Ability to handle pressure, Good communication skills.
