We require the services of a sectional title portfolio manager to be responsible for one of our premium portfolios.
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years’ practical experience as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager.
- Possess a sound knowledge of body corporate accounting. i.e.: budgets and interpretation of financial statements.
- Preferably having completed the Paddocks Sectional Title courses.
- Must be computer literate.
- Be able to handle all enquiries from both owners and trustees.
- Be able to work as a team member.
- Have reliable transport.
- The successful applicant will be required to attend meetings after hours.
- Salary will be negotiable, depending on experience.
