Our client in the hospitality Industry based in Arusha is currently looking for experienced Corporate Senior Accountant to join their motivated team. This position is only for candidate with CPA and experience in high competitive corporate business environment for more than 5 years.

Job Shift: Day
In order to be considered the following is required:
- CPA is compulsory requirement
- 5 years’ experience on accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks; SUN, Tally, or similar)
- 5 years’ experience in Hospitality industry or faster business environment
- Knowledge of Tourism & travel business is an advantage
- Applicant must below 40 years old
- 5 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention
- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits
- Conduct regular ledger maintenance
