Looking for a senior ladieswear designer in Durban.
Job responsibilities:
- Organising overseas ranges (samples).
- Co-ordinating sending of samples to the customer.
- Processing of technical drawings and Mini Cads.
- Sourcing of trims and outwork and negotiating prices with suppliers.
- Liaising with Merchandiser.
- Sending Trims and Outwork for approval.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Design experience in the Clothing industry.
- Matric + Design Degree/Diploma.
- Garment construction and pattern making knowledge.
- Computer literate - Freehand, Photoshop, Coral Draw and Illustrator.
- Attention to detail.
