My name is Awonke Maganyana i am 26 years old and I passed my matric in 2016 and I have worked as a Till packer (Casual) at Boxer Super Store. I am a good team player and a very hard worker. The job listing states that you require someone with good communication skills and a good team player. I think one quality that really sets me apart from other people is my ability to work well in a team. No matter what team I might be in, I always end up making friends quickly. I'm also really good at motivating my teammates to give it their all without pushing them or micromanaging them.

I have the ability to both manage and prioritize tasks as well as time while simultaneously achieving ultimate efficiency. I consider myself flexible in adapting to change. I am self-motivated, personal growth orientated, dependable, reliable and further loyal. I work well both individually and within in groups with good communication skills. Due to my eagerness to learn i have obtained the skill of evaluating situations and providing feasible solutions.

If I were to be asked to work in retail, I would want a job that involves helping customers find the right clothes and making them feel good about their purchases. I would want to work in a store that has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where I could build relationships with customers and make their shopping experience enjoyable.
