I would like work in a hydroponic farm and expand my knowledge as I have more than 2 years of experience in hydroponic farming. I also have vast experience in facilitating Plant Production for 1 year 6 Months, I was also a part of the team that deals with payroll of my students.

I am looking for a retail store job, I am very confident about my self, like working working with different people, flexible hours, and helping customers with a smile on my face.

I am a 50-year enthusiastic individual, with a keen work ethic and positive attitude. I have several strengths, managing employees being one of them. Investing time and training into employees and getting the most out of any team, by driving them with positivity and motivation. I thrive best in the risk and security environment, having a keen eye for gaps in the process where criminals will see loopholes and I rectify those quickly. I train security on the current theft trends to help them perform better and to grow. I believe a business with a strong honest security compliment, is a safe business. Occupational health and safety, (OHS) is another strong point. Protecting the employee helps to protect the employer, hence the implementation of a sound OHS plan provides the company with a safe working environment. I have dealt with Risk/Security/Investigations for over 30 years and believe it to be my ultimate strength, assisting a business to minimise their Risk, to an acceptable level, I have achieved this with all the companies I have worked for, and it’s my passion and my goal. I work hard and I balance my life with good exercise and other hobbies. With spending a lot of time next to the rugby field supporting my stepson, I embarked on getting qualified as a coach. I am now a qualified IRB level 2 coach for Diggers Rugby Club, coaching children from age 6-19. I am also the vice chairman for Diggers Rugby Club. Photography is another field of interest. I believe that a healthy body and a happy home life equates to a happy employee.
