The following requirements are essential when applying for this position -
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment or similar position
- Able to work 24/7 shifts /have own transport / vehicle is compulsory
- Online gaming support experience is an advantage
- Sales experience relevant
- Matric/Equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
