Tracking Control Officer (Fleet), Pretoria. R10 500 CTC pm, Grade 12, Computer literate,
1-2 years’ experience in working with security/surveillance cameras, valid drivers licence, own suitable and reliable transport.
Our nationwide client is a leading, dynamic and fast growing provider of civil engineering services, focusing on bulk earthmoving, roads, services, manufacturing, construction, sand, stones, trailers and transportation.
SALARY: R10 500 per month Cost to Company
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Work will be conducted on a shift basis on a 24 hour rotation, set out in 2 shifts of 12 hours each: 06:00 to 18:00 (Day shift), and 18:00 to 06:00 (Night Shift). This will include work on weekends and public holidays.The shifts are set out in a 9 day rotation schedule consisting of: 3 Day Shifts; 3 Night Shifts; 3 Days Off.
The Day Controller will compile and send daily reports to Management on activities for the preceding 24 hour period, monitor the fleet; alert response on Lynx software; update fleet lists and driver details; issue and monitor Driver ID tags; and complete any investigations. Liaising with Lynx in regard to repair and problems with tracking devices or software, and with CarTrack in regard to repair and problems relating to tracking devices. Night Control will monitor fleet, alert response and complete reports.
Other daily Tasks include: Fuel Decrease investigations; PTO Report to be checked and updated; No Comms/ Faulty report to be compiled and sent at end of shift; and Curfew report to be completed. Weekly tasks include Speed Report and reports on Driver Behaviour and Curfew violations. Ad Hoc tasks include Vehicle Recovery utilizing CarTrack.
