A top internationally BPO is urgently looking for Call Centre agents with a minimum of 1 year experience dealing with the UK clients.
Minimum Requirements and Experience:

High level of verbal & written English proficiency, with a neutral accent.

A minimum of 12 months relevant working experience in a similar role, within a multi-channel (Voice & Email) customer service /contact centre environment with documented proof of positive assessment.

Preference will be given to candidates who have prior customer service experience with international clients (especially with the UK).

High level of proficiency in the following Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & Outlook); together with the ability to navigate between multiple screens.

Function - E-mail correspondence/ Customer Service Agent (Inbound)

Salary - R7 000 + Comm (up to R5000, depending on performance)

Hours - Between the hours of 08h00am – 20h00pm (rotational shifts) Monday – Friday and 1 Saturday a month.
