We are looking for a dynamic executive chef to run our contemporary, fusion style kitchen. The menu is progressive so you will need to be incredibly creative.
Job requirements:
- Experience in staff management is essential & you must have impeccable people skills.
- Must have high hygiene standards and an ability to work under pressure.
- Communication skills with guests and fellow staff members is required
- Must be computer literate and well versed in Microsoft
- Great organisational skills, lateral thinking ability, honest and a good integrity.
- Must adhere to world class hospitality & service standards
