Job requirements:
- The successful candidate must be well presented, organised with a mature attitude and ability to multi-task.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an in-depth bookkeeping experience will secure the position.
- Bookkeeping / Accounting Certificate - advantageous
- Experience at accounting practice
- Balance Sheet Bookkeeping
- Advanced Excel and Work Skills
- Strength in Reconciliations
Job responsibilities:
- Full Bookkeeping function to Balance Sheet
- Credit Card processing and reconciliations
- Capture and Reconcile various bank accounts
- Intercompany Loan Accounts
- Depreciation journals, asset register and reconciliations
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- VAT, Provisional Tax Returns
- Salary Journals from VIP and transfer to accounting system (Evolution Accounting)
