Looking for a villa manager to manage a 4 bedroom private luxury Villa in Fresnaye.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing an in-house team for maintenance, housekeeping and F&B.
- Operate the villa in a 5 star manner for both owners and guests.
Job requirements:
- Must have 5 star guest service experience.
- Must understand customer service and be passionate about the hospitality and travel industry.
- Able to take initiative.
- Work hours in winter and longer hours when guests are in house.
- Must be well spoken and neatly represented.
- Professional.
- Must be extremely organized and someone who thinks on their feet and is abl to find a solution to problems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Live in or close to Atlantic Seaboard preferable.
- Digital marketing and social media skills are an added bonus.
- Must have an extensive knowledge on Cape Town, activities, restaurants, tourist spots.
- Experience in managing staff.
- Computer literate.
- Must have a driver's license.
