I'm looking for a jnr Sous chef or snr Chef de' party, I'm already working a a senior chef de' party my job entails me to supervise junior staff and make sure to keep the standard of the food to avoid guest dissatisfaction, and to make sure that the menu is followed promptly to minimise wastage. Sometimes I would be in charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive chef, following the health and safety procedures and that everyone is following these. My experience is very strong on the side of prepping not so much in capturing the stock on the computer also for menu costing and so forth simply becouse there are people hired to work on that line, that needs some improvement
