Administration job of any kind, office bound

I'm recently got retrenched by Standard bank SA where I was employed as a Treasury Custodian. I am currently working for SBV cash services as an officer processor which is also known as a Teller. I am a compasianate dedicated and well represantable individual who works very well in teams as well as an individual, I've good communication skill and I'm well behaved.. I am bringing a great working ability as well as great innovation to your organisation's.

I am best described as an energetic, hard-working and dependable person by nature, which enjoys interaction with a wide variety of people. I have a high level of motivation, drive, and will do my best to complete any task/project that I believe in. I pride myself that I work extremely well under pressure and will do my best to ensure the successful completion/delivery of any task given. I have great experience in administration. Currently, I work for a company that manufactures potato and onion machine. My role as the receptionist/admin clerk, I perform the following duties: • Assisting with the switchboard • Administration: paper work, using Pastel Accounting Software to enter incoming invoices on the computer • Sending of emails and faxes • Assist clients via email or telephonically • Filing of invoices, payments, doctors certificates • Using A-Pay program in doing the weekly employees wages. • Capturing data • Working on MS Word and Excel I hope to work for a company where I can perform the administrative and financial aspect of the company. I prefer working in a structured environment as it gives me a good idea of what needs to be done and when. By prioritizing tasks and remain calm is how I handle pressure moments.

I am passionate on accounting & finance, I like numerical. I'm a hard working who work overtimes & shifts if needs me. Im always on time, I'm a person who can trust & relay on. I'm a have completed my NDip Internal Auditing in 2010. I have a drivers licence code C1. I am have computer literacy. I am a fast learner, I enjoy new challenges & innovations.
