Human Resource Consultant

We currently have an exciting position available for a human resource consultant, to be based at our branch.
Main areas of responsibility include but not limited to the following (comprehensive training will be provided):
- Skills development
- Employment equity
- Advice clients, assisting in preparing for a rating etc.
- On boarding process
- Performance management
- Human resource development
- Remuneration structures
- Retention & succession planning
- NO Equivalent experience in HR/IR or related field
- Excellent drafting skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to effectively function within a pressurized and fast paced environment
- Any experience in a related field would be advantageous
- Having a valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential for this position

Salary: R 10 000 Per Month
