Objectives I am in a confident stage of life where I am ready to commit myself to a permanent position at an employer again, after I’ve being successfully self-employed and temporarily contracted for the last 12 years of my career. I gained valuable experience of many aspect of the HR industry to such extent that I find myself with 27 years of experience of most duties of a HR generalist. Management position is not new to me and I found myself performing on board level before. For the last 7 years I performed as contracted HR Officer at Die Hoërskool Wagpos as well as representing HR on the School Governing Body. My contact at the latter ended December 2023 due to a total change in the job description of the position. Since then I have been trying to become a stay at home mom but it is not meeting my expectations because I believe that I still want to work while I am healthy and energetic. During my career I worked together with many cultures and people which I found easy to get along with. My experience enables me to learn less common and strange systems in any HR related industry and makes myself available to learnable practices.
