Company in Gauteng seeks the service of a Marketing and Sales Manager who will also serve as a key individual for our start-up insurance company.
Job responsibilities:
- Accomplish marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements.
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job requirements:
- Excellent marketing and sales track record.
- Minimum 2 years sales and marketing management experience.
- Own reliable vehicle is essential.
- Must have RE 1 & RE 5 exams.
