Job responsibilities:
- Strong Desktop Support on the following: Windows 7, Windows 8,Windows 10, Mac- Support of Mobile Devices
- Remote desktop support
- Windows Server Support 2008, 2012
- Understanding of network storage (San / Nas)
- Understanding of IP networks, routing, switching and firewalls
- Understanding of DHCP,DNS,IIS, Terminal Services, File Services
- Support and install Anti-virus software
- Strong networking skills required (build and troubleshoot)- Administration of Active Directory
- Printer support
- Google Apps/ Outlook support
- Pastel support
