My name is Mukona Maanda Tania, a graduate holding a Bachelor of Administration ( Public Administration) from the University of Venda . I am a hardworking , detail oriented, driven young lady . As an experienced administrative graduate with 8 months working at Tshikuwi Primary School under the Department of Education. I am excited at the opportunity to bring my organizational and interpersonal skills to serve your organisation.My experience in administration makes me an excellent candidate for the position. In my last role with Tshikuwi Primary School .I served as an e- cadre ( Educator’s Assistant in ICT) . To support the school’s goals, I handled incoming communication, typing documents such as question papers, letters, memorandums, emails, and prepared weekly reports, Assisting learners and educators with troubleshooting ICT equipment, capturing marks and other data on SA-SAMS, carrying out administrative duties, sorting and filing documents for the educators, assisting in compilation of the reports for the Head of Department and performing secretarial duties for all school meetings such as writing minutes for meetings . Along with my administrative abilities, I possess strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow me to collaborate effectively with a wide range of colleagues. I am patient, empathetic and dedicated to helping clients and colleagues find the best solution to any administrative problem they face. My strong technical skills allow me to learn new software platforms quickly. Also, I'm fluent in English, Tshivenda , Sepedi , Isizulu and a little bit of Xhosa which can help me communicate with a variety of people. I’m looking for general worker jobs available.I have matriculated in 2020 and went to university in 2022.I passed my grade 12 with a bachelor endorsement for all my 8 subjects I did ,with accounting being an extra one.I have fair knowledge when it comes to book keeping moderate level(grade 12 knowledge ).I went to Kitso ya Bo leng academy In 2021 to improve my leadership skills where I was a leader of students affairs .In 2022 I went to Cape peninsula university where I did my first year in mathematical sciences and have some fair knowledge on using Microsoft access software to create database or search for information .In 2022 I changed courses from Mathematical sciences to Btech in electrical engineering in 2023 where I learnt more about basic electrical appliances and how wires and how electrical installations is done,thus I can confidently say that I have fair knowledge of electrical things too.Due to life circumstances I could not go Back to university this current year because I have family issues that requires me to get a job and provide for. I am 22 years old male with healthy status ,in possession with C1 driving license with more than a decade of driving but without license and did my license in 2022. I am a hardwork with home chores at my home. Kind and have high tolerance levels to work with people. I am also a great team leader as well as a team player. I’m well learnt with taking care of infants ,as I took care of my siblings when I was growing up..but not financially. I am able to work for long hours and also willing to work till late provided safety .

I am good at dealing with people, working under pressure, hard physical work, dealing with different cultures, planning events, working in and hard to reach target and solving work related problems. I understand the commitment that will be required of me on the job.I understand that I must work hard and be dedicated throughout.
